All my work is handmade, and is part of a long and complicated process of making and drying and firing to extremely high degrees, and therefore there will be variations in the work, no two are the same. This I see as one of the lovely things about buying handmade. Most of my work is glazed so is able to be used, (maybe not so much the vases for obvious reasons), to eat and or drink from. If the object is not safe for this use then I will do my best to let you know. Any questions then get in touch

Shipping & Returns

Packaging

I try to use packaging that is either reused or able to be recycled. The foam donuts are made from starch and bio-degradable. All cardboard paper tape is bio-degrable, and if your order should come with bubblewrap, it is reused.

Shipping Domestic

Postage is included in the price below a certain weight and parcel size. Postage is calculated at checkout. I will post most orders within a week. If you need to receive your order quicker then please get in touch, and I will try to help. If you need to receive your order faster than that, then please add the Special Delivery Listing, and I will post your order the following working day, and you should receive it the next working from that, before 1pm. Most orders under £50 are sent Royal Mail second class, not tracked. Orders over £50 are sent 48 hours tracked

Shipping International

For all posting from abroad, I will post it standard tracked international which normally takes between 5-7 days.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with the work please get in touch, and I will try to work out something which is satisfactory to both of us.
